Credit Report |
|
Your Credit Score
Your credit score, also known as a FICO score, is a crucial
factor in determining your eligibility for an auto loan.
Each person has three FICO scores, one from each of the
three credit reporting bureaus: TransUnion, Experian, and
Equifax. If you review your credit report from any of these
three before applying for a loan, you can make sure
everything that appears within it is valid. If you discover
fraudulent credit reporting, you can correct the problems
before you find yourself surprised and embarrassed in the
presence of a loan officer. The credit reporting bureaus can
remove faulty information and sometimes restore your credit
rating and credit score. Sometimes, however, there exists a
debt you didn't realize wasn't resolved. You can also deal
with these blemishes and debts before you apply for an auto,
RV or motorcycle loan.
